Jesse and Max were great! Super friendly, got the job done and showed me the issue. The scheduling was easy and they came out same day. My only complaint is pretty pricey.

John Hales and Clayton did an outstanding job replacing our toilet. They were very professional and well experienced. They provided a fair price for the work and also gave us a good estimate for a water heater replacement which we also intend to use them for in the near future. Great job all around. John returned and flawlessly completed our water heater replacement. He is a top-notch professional that we count on for all of our plumbing needs!

Both Ben & Derek were wonderful. They were very polite, punctual, & professional. Everyone I dealt with in the office were very understanding of my situation & helpful keeping me updated. The only possible negative was the cost of the repair. But if I had another situation that HAD to be done immediately, I would trust to call them again. And I would request Ben.

Called on Roto-Rooter to fix a clogged drain line that a previous plumber could not fix. John Hales from Roto-Rooter arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently corrected the problem and cleaned up like he was never there. Outstanding customer service!
